From day one, we were met with professionalism, open and kind communication, and we were made to feel heard and appreciated as we planned our wedding. If you’re looking for a perfect rustic venue with great staff and a magical wedding this is the venue for you. From the beginning I knew I wanted a rustic wedding and this place exceeded my expectations. From the beautiful wooden beams and grand doors in the reception to the bistro lights, this place was a gem. All of the staff helped make the process of planning a wedding easy especially when my husband was deployed during a year of our engagement. We had the honor of having Emily as our coordinator and I cannot say enough great things about her. She was responsive to both emails and calls, always answered my questions no matter how silly and helped our wedding go effortless from getting people corralled for photos to helping me bustle my dress all night to checking to make sure we were eating and enjoying our night. We had so many people tell us how much fun they had and we couldn’t have done it all without Emily and the entire staff at the red barn. I hope to go to a wedding at this venue again to get to experience the magic I felt.

The Red Barn was truly the most perfect place we could have ever chosen to get married. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this beautiful barn is made even more special by the incredible people behind it. The staff was consistently kind, attentive, and eager to do anything possible to make our day absolutely perfect.
Our wedding coordinator, Emily, deserves the highest praise. She was, without question, the most supportive and helpful person we could have asked for throughout the entire process. Her professionalism, care, and attention to detail made every aspect of our wedding shine. Emily thoughtfully included us in every decision while also guiding us with her expertise, enthusiasm, and genuine excitement for our day — a balance that made planning feel effortless and joyful.
A few months before our wedding, my dad unexpectedly passed away. What should have been an exciting season became incredibly difficult, as much of my time and emotional energy shifted toward planning a celebration of life and navigating grief. During our planning meetings, Emily went above and beyond, helping keep us organized, reassuring us that we were in a good place with planning, and, most importantly, helping me find the excitement and joy again. On the day of our wedding, they ensured I had everything I needed to be fully present and embrace the happiness of the moment.
Our wedding day was truly magical. I cannot recommend The Red Barn enough — not only for its stunning setting, but for the kindness, compassion, and dedication of its staff. And the food alone is reason to book. This venue will always hold a very special place in our hearts.

Now that our weekend festivities have come to an end, we are reflecting on such a perfect day Friday. You and your staff are incredible and are what made the day so great. Thanks for keeping calm (and keeping us calm) during the craziness of the power outage and change in plans. We have gotten so many compliments from family and friends on how amazing everything was from the venue, to the staff, and the food. If anything other than the weather went wrong….we had no idea.

Our wedding at the Red Barn exceeded all of our expectations. The venue was beautiful, food was the best I’ve had at any wedding, and everything went smoothly the whole weekend. Rachel was an excellent coordinator, and we felt confident everything would be executed perfectly. We cannot recommend highly enough!

The Red Barn at Outlook Farm was an exceptional wedding venue! We could not have picked a better setting for our wedding reception. The venue was clean, polished, and truly does not need too much (or any) decor to make it feel like a special place. The grounds of the Links course were perfect as well as the guys in the bridal party played the course the day before our wedding. Emily, our wedding coordinator at the Red Barn, was responsive, positive, engaged, involved, and so organized. We cannot say enough good things about her; Emily is amazing at her work! All of our special requests to make our wedding day feel like OUR day were heard, appreciated, and accounted for. Let’s not forget to mention the perfect New England fall foliage at this location during our end of October wedding date. We would recommend this venue any and all couples looking in the future. We had our wedding at the Red Barn in October of 2022 and it was one of the best decisions we've made. This was largely due to the wedding coordinator provided through the venue, Emily Francoeur, who went above and beyond from start to finish. Emily is undoubtedly the reason everything went so smoothly. Food quality was great, beverage packages were reasonable, and the space comfortably fit about 180 of us. We also booked fireworks through a recommended vendor of the venue and it was the highlight of the night. We rented out the Stage House Inn which is an affiliate to the Red Barn and that made our wedding weekend so special. All of the staff at the Red Barn at Outlook Farm were so pleasant, and we will miss working with Emily so much!

Words cannot describe how amazing the Red Barn was – from the beautiful holiday decorations, to the incredibly accommodating staff, wait staff and bartenders, and who could forget Emily! Leading up to the day and the day of, Emily and the Red Barn team made us feel so special and accommodate our every request. Emily even offered to run to the grocery store to pick something up the day before!!! She is literally so, so amazing, along with everyone at the Red Barn! My husband and I will never forget how truly incredible this venue was, and we will recommend The Red Barn to anyone looking to have the wedding of their dreams!!

Booking your wedding at the Red Barn at Outlook farm is the BEST decision you could make for your wedding! We got married here in August of 2021. We had Emily as our wedding coordinator. Emily was absolutely fantastic with handling our entire event! Everything was taken care of from the moment we walked in to book the venue. To start the venue itself is stunning, the high ceilings and open beams were exactly what we were looking for! The options for ceremony sites were all gorgeous. We decided on an outdoor ceremony but if weather wasn’t going to cooperate we were able to move it indoors and still have the space for reception. They had everything thought of before we even had to ask, it was a weight off for sure. Emily was great to work with throughout the whole process. Since we were in the middle of COVID when we booked she worked with us through all of our hesitations and concerns and helped us stay at ease in case anything had to change. She made the planning process super easy. All of the questions we had she always had an answer and if she didn’t she would get back to us within 24 hours with the answer. The food options were all well spelled out in the packets and made it very simple to decide what food and beverage packages we wanted. They also had a list of recommended vendors that they had worked with in the past which made it even easier to decide where to go for cake and flowers! On the day of, Emily was our go to person, she had all the decorations we provided setup exactly how we wanted them and if we had any hiccups she was always right there to handle them. The food was delicious from passed hors d’oeuvres to the plated meals. Our guests are still raving over the food and the atmosphere that we had there. The grounds are gorgeous and perfect for the wedding day photos you want to take. Emily knew all of the best spots that we could use to take stunning sunset pictures. We had our wedding at The Red Barn at Outlook Farm in South Berwick Maine in September. What a beautiful venue! The staff were very attentive and professional. The food was exceptional and the wedding packages are very easy to understand and pricing is very transparent. A special thank you to Emily our coordinator. Emily was very caring and professional and went above and beyond during the entire process. We would highly recommend The Red Barn at Outlook Farm.

From the moment we saw this venue, we knew it was where we were going to get married. The Red Barn is a perfect picture-esq New England wedding venue. The ceremony locations were beautiful, and the barn itself is AMAZING. We had the pleasure of working with Colleen, as our day-of-coordinator, and we cannot stress how amazing she was. We emailed her probably weekly (if not more frequently), with questions, and she always responded promptly and was very helpful with our planning. When it came to the day of, she set-up our decorations so beautifully and we were amazed to see the venue when we arrived. She always ensured we had a drink, had food if we were hungry, and sent us home with extra desserts from the night. Any couple is SO lucky to be working with her for their wedding. We could not think of a more perfect venue for our wedding - the remaining staff was fabulous, the food was delicious, and all of our guests were so happy.

The Red Barn is a fantastic place to get married!! Our coordinator, Colleen, was wonderful and made sure our day went off without a hitch! The staff are so nice, the venue is beautiful, and they cover ALL the details. We didn’t have to worry about any details day of and were able to just enjoy the ceremony and reception!! They also have a great list of awesome vendors that was so helpful during the planning process! Highly recommend!!

We got married at the Red Barn in June of 2023 and could not have had a better experience. As was the case with almost every summer weekend in New England this year, it ended up raining on our wedding day. We had planned to get married in the garden but our coordinator, Emily, and the entire staff at the Red Barn were extremely accommodating and allowed us to make the last minute call to move everything inside. Not only were they extremely flexible, Emily was calm, cool, and collected and made sure I wasn't stressed out about the change of plans. She expertly moved out outdoor floral arrangements inside on the mantel of the fireplace and everything looked so beautiful. Besides her attentiveness on the day-of, she was extremely helpful in the months leading up to the wedding--meeting with us a couple of times to go over every single detail and answering any other questions promptly. We didn't hire a wedding planner but Emily was so helpful that I really didn't need one. The entire staff at the Red Barn was also incredible (special shout out to Mo who made sure my husband and I got some appetizers during the cocktail hour and packed up the extra cake so we had some to take home!). The venue is absolutely beautiful, inside and out, and our guests all had such an incredible time. We also rented out the Stage House Inn which was absolutely lovely. Tegan and Gary went above and beyond to make sure we, and our guests, had everything we needed. I cannot recommend both The Red Barn and the Stage House Inn enough!

We had our wedding reception at the Red Barn and it was absolutely amazing. We worked closely with Emily who was available to us every step of the way. The venue was able to accommodate all of our requests throughout the planning to the wedding day. They were flexible with allowing us to view the space multiple times prior to our date and answered all questions promptly throughout the planning process. We could not believe how beautiful the Red Barn was on our wedding day. All of our decorations were arranged so beautifully in a way that made the reception so personal and really feel like our own. Our guests loved the food, dance floor, and friendly staff that made everyone feel at home. Emily was so attentive to us and made sure we, as a couple, had everything we needed or wanted throughout the reception. We felt so special and truly enjoyed every moment of our day. If we could redo it all over we would not have changed a thing! We don't have even kind words to say about Emily and the Red Barn staff!
